How it works:

2. Download and print the QR code and post it at your entrance.
3. Ask employees and visitors to scan it with their smartphone.
4. They complete the questionnaire, digitally sign it, and submit it, all from their phone.
5. Checklists are stored in your account, and visitors and employees receive a copy of their form.
